Relaxing, Therapeutic Art Classes – run by Artist Louise Lester – NI, UK

Therapeutic qualities of my Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland Painting Class

-(Galgorm Art Class) A wee story for you!
One of my lovely art students came to Tuesday nights art class at GALGORM, Ballymena with such a strong throbbing headache after a very busy day at work! – and within 15minutes of relaxed painting, headache was gone! Happy Days!

It’s tiny wee stories like this that just makes my day! – it means my ‘Enjoy Painting Art Classes’ really do DE-STRESS people and are so THERAPEUTIC for them!

Contact me to join any of my art classes, and keep an eye on my current seasonal dates here-
