Exterior Painted BIRD Slates – by LLCRAFTS

Exterior DOOR SLATE Signs – ‘Bullfinch’ & ‘Goldfinch’ Birds

Painted by Northern Ireland Artist Louise Lester (BA Hons)

-(codes 732, 746a, 746b) These ‘Slate Orders’ originated from ONE Slate Design – commissioned by lovely customer ‘Eddie’ in Newcastle, UK as a surprise gift for his dad ‘Eddie’, to adorn the door of his ‘shed hideaway’! Beautiful ‘Bullfinch’ and ‘Goldfinch’ Birds were painted on the slate, along with the text ‘Eddie’s Retreat’.

This slate was posted off to England ……. ‘Eddie’ was so pleased and the slate was so admired that TWO MORE slates were ordered, for the dad’s friends!! …… HAPPY DAYS!

This time …… the ‘Bullfinches’ and ‘Goldfinches’ were accompanied by the texts ‘Peter’s Escape’ and ‘Mick’s Place’.

All the slates have now been put PRIDE OF PLACE on their shed fronts!!
All the natural slates measured 25x25cm (approx) were finished with drilled holes and exterior lacquered, ready for mounting on the sheds.
